Chill the dough for at least 1 hour (up to 3 days) in the fridge.

Once the dough is out of the fridge, leave out on the counter for 10-20 minutes until soft enough to be scooped. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Scoop onto lined baking sheets and bake for 16-18 minutes.
