Place the eggs, sake and salt in a saucepan and whisk. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly. Turn off the heat once the egg is cooked half way, and continue to cook with the remaining heat.

Place the ground beef, tamari, sugar, sake in another saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the meat is fully done. Adjust with salt and pepper.
