Place all ingredients for the crust in a food processor and pulse until fine. Press the mixture into a 9 inch tart pan. Refrigerate while you make the filling.

In a saucepan, combine the lime juice, oat milk, maple syrup and agar powder together. Simmer until agar has completely dissolved. Then add in the yogurt and lime zest.
