ABOUT ME
Hi I'm Natsuko. A food nerd that just loves to be in the kitchen.
I was born and raised in Yokohama Japan, spent a few years in Hong Kong, moved to New York City with my husband, then decided to settle in this sunny Colorado.
After having my first child 4 years ago, my body changed and I became sensitive to gluten & dairy. Devastated for a while but I decided to stick to my new diet for 3 months and guess what, my skin cleared up, bloating went away and my brain has been clear since then.
Although I do indulge ice cream and pizzas on special occasions now, the recipes you'll see here are all gluten & dairy free. You will also see many Asian fusion dishes that are approachable, and easy to make as I get my cooking inspiration from my Asian roots.
This is my creative outlet and what I would like to do here is to inspire others to know that cooking something delicious (and healthy!) is really not that hard. I hope you'll get to try them to feed yourself and your loved ones!
