Bang bang salmon bites are quick and easy to make in less than 20 minutes. Spiced salmon cubes are baked to perfection, then drizzled with delicious creamy sauce. Serve over rice or a bed of mixed leaves to make it into a full meal!
Preheat the oven to 400°F/ 204°C. Line a baking sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Pat dry the salmon well with paper towels. Cut the salmon into bite size cubes and place on the baking pan.
Drizzle the olive oil, sprinkle salt, chili powder, and garlic powder over the fish. Toss to coat.
Bake for 10 minutes. Then broil on high for 2-3 minutes until the salmon is lightly brown and crispy. Stay close to the oven while broiling to avoid burning.
While baking, make the bang bang sauce. Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, tamari, and whisk well.
Drizzle the sauce over baked salmon. Optional: top with cilantro and sesame.
