Bang bang salmon bites are packed full of addictive flavors, and go well with anything - rice, noodles, salad, quinoa, and more! It is truly a great option for busy weekday meals as the recipe is super simple, and quick to make.

All it takes is to rub in the spices into cubed salmon, bake, and finish off with creamy spicy homemade bang bang sauce. Optional, but I highly recommend serving them with cilantro leaves and lime wedges.

    FAQ

    Which salmon should I use?

Pick any salmon that comes in a thicker cut so it is easier to cut into cubes. I like to use Atlantic salmon as they are fattier and tender.

How should I store bang bang salmon bites?

They can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days. Keep the bang bang sauce separately. Microwave, or cook over the stovetop with a little amount of oil to reheat.
