Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 can chickpea (galbanzo beans) 15.5oz size can, drained
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce or more
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

Toppings

  • Cilantro leaves
  • Smoked paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the olive oil in a large pan.
  • Add the ground chicken with salt. Cook fully.
  • Add the drained chickpeas, fish sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and curry powder. Stir fry until everything is well combined.
  • Serve over rice. Top with cilantro leaves and smoked paprika powder (optional).
