Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts stems and loose leaves removed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice

Topping (optional)

  • Ground white sesame

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F/ 204°C.
  • Spread the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet pan. Sprinkle salt, and pour olive oil over them. Toss well to coat and arrange the brussels sprouts with the cut side down.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly brown.
  • Combine the Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar together. Drizzle the mix over the roasted brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
