How to make Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/ 204°C.
Step 2. Spread the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet pan. Sprinkle salt, and pour olive oil over them. Toss well to coat and arrange the brussels sprouts with the cut side down.
Step 3. Roast for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly brown.
Step 4. Combine the sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar together. Drizzle the mix over the roasted brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
