Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup old fashioned oatmeal (gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond milk

Toppings

  • 3 tablespoons sweetened dairy free yogurt or add any sweetener to plain yogurt
  • Matcha powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a small jar or airtight container, place the oatmeal, chia seed, matcha powder, maple syrup and almond milk. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with yogurt and dust with more matcha powder.
