1 pound thinly sliced beef 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon tamari 1 tablespoon sake ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon gluten-free oyster sauce ½ cup water 2 tablespoons sesame oil 3 cloves garlic minced ½ yellow bell pepper thinly sliced ½ red bell pepper thinly sliced

In a bowl, combine the beef, cornstarch, tamari, sake, salt together and mix well. Let sit for about 20 minutes.
In a small cup, mix the oyster sauce and water together and set aside.
Heat up the sesame oil in a pan. Cook the garlic until fragrant, then cook the marinated beef.
Add in the bell peppers, oyster sauce/ water mix. Cook until the sauce thickens for about 2 minutes. Serve immediately with rice.
