Pork napa cabbage soup is the perfect comfort food. It is incredibly flavorful with simple ingredients, and loaded with deep umami notes from the ground pork. This quick and easy meal is sure to be your new favorite for the colder season!
Place the vegetable broth in a large saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Add the ground pork to the broth. Break up the meat with your hands into tiny pieces as you add into the broth. Let it cook for 30 seconds or until the meat floats to the surface.
Add in the napa cabbage and carrots. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Mix in tamari soy sauce.
Serve with scallions and sesame.
Notes
Make sure your ground pork is not salted (like sausage pork).
