Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 12 ounces sashimi grade tuna cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 large avocado cubed
  • 4 cups cooked sushi rice

Toppings

  • Scallions
  • Nori seaweed
  • Toasted sesame

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the tamari, honey and Sriracha together and mix well.
  • Add in the tuna cubes and toss well.
  • Add in the avocado and toss gently.
  • Serve the mix over sushi rice. Garnish with scallions, nori and sesame.
