Ingredients
 
 

For dressing

  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Ground pepper to taste

For salad

  • 2 cups baby arugula packed
  • 2 cups baby spinach packed
  • 1 small carrot peeled into ribbons
  • 1 cup cherry tomato halved
  • 1 large avocado thinly sliced

For toppings

  • Cilantro leaves
  • Roasted white sesame

Instructions
 

  • Make the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
  • On a large plate, arrange arugula and spinach evenly.
  • Arrange carrots, cherry tomatoes, and avocado over the leaves. Top with cilantro and sesame. Drizzle the sesame dressing.
