This sweet miso glazed salmon is a perfect dinner idea on a busy day! The quick simple sauce made with 3 ingredients brings your baked salmon to the next level. This recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free.
1½poundAtlantic salmon fillets I use 4 x 6oz (170g) fillets
¼teaspoonSalt
Ground pepperto taste
1½tablespooncoconut sugaror any sugar
2tablespoonssake (rice wine)or dry white wine
2tablespoonsmiso
2tablespoonsavocado oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 370°F/ 188°C. Line a baking sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Pat dry the salmon fillets well with paper towels. Place them on the baking pan, with the skin side down if any. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fish.
In a small cup, combine the coconut sugar, sake and miso together. Spread the mix on top of salmon.
Drizzle the avocado oil over salmon.
Bake for 17-20 minutes. Serve with rice or vegetables of your choice.
