There’s all the authentic Asian flavors from the combo of tamari soy sauce and garlic, sweetened mildly with brown sugar. Along with the tender meat, crunchy peeled carrots and sliced cucumbers are served over warm rice.

- Dark brown sugar
- Tamari soy sauce

How to make beef teriyaki bowl
Step 1. In a medium pan, heat up the oil and cook the garlic until fragrant.
Step 2. Add the ground beef and cook 80% of the way.


Step 3. Add the brown sugar, tamari, and sake. Cook until the mix is no longer saucy.
Step 4. Arrange rice in bowls. Top with cooked beef, ribboned carrots, and cucumber. Sprinkle shichimi pepper and scallions (optional).
