Shrimp chicken fried rice has the perfect mix of meat and fish, and is packed full of umami-rich flavors. It can be whipped up easily in one pan, which makes a great option on a busy day. Enjoy as it is, or serve with any vegetables or salad on the side to make into a full meal.

Instead of ordering a takeaway, why not make your own fried rice that’s healthier, cheaper, and super delicious!?

    FAQs

What is the use of sake for chicken?

Sake makes the meat tender and moist, and keeps it soft even after it’s cooled. Rubbing in the sake with salt makes a huge difference in the texture!

How should I store shrimp and chicken fried rice?

This fried rice can be refrigerated for up to 3 days, covered tightly. It can also be frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge and cook over the stovetop with a little bit of oil, or microwave to reheat.
