Ground chicken stir fry is packed full of delicious Asian flavors. The fish sauce makes it taste extra exotic, the combo of honey and soy sauce adds the perfect sweet savory flavor, and the kick from chili powder boosts your appetite!

It is such a forgiving, quick meal that is perfect for busy weeknight dinners. Using ground chicken makes the prep work a breeze as it can be added straight to the pan. The list of seasonings is fairly simple, and you can even toss in any vegetables you have on hand as well.

Needless to say, it goes so well with rice, but you can also pair up with a simple bed of salad leaves.
