Whenever the peach is in season, I make this baked oats again and again. The sweetness in the peach intensifies as the heat is added, making it satisfying without adding too much sweeteners.

It comes in the perfect size to serve your entire family, or even for meal prep to survive through the week!

    Can I Use Different Fruits?

Totally! Pair up any fruits you may have in the fridge such as strawberries, pears, apples etc… Try to keep the total amount of fruits to less than 2 ½ cups so you can still stick to the same baking time.

How Long Should I Bake For?

It depends on your oven strength and personal preference but I like mine to be on the softer end. That is when the surface is dry to touch but the interior is still soft right out of the oven. As they cool, baked oats do firm up a little so keep that in mind.

If you would like a firmer texture, extend the baking time by 5 minutes and see how you like it.

    Tip

If you are using a metal baking pan, I recommend mixing the ingredients in a bowl first, then pouring into the pan to avoid scratching.

    Storing and Reheating Direction

Baked oats can be refrigerated for up to 5 days, covered tightly. Microwave, or bake again for about 20 minutes at 350°F in the oven.
