This apple walnut salad is hearty and delicious with crunchy apples and walnuts, tossed in homemade dairy free ranch dressing. Enjoy on its own, or with your favorite dish!
Mixing in some fruits is my best tip to making a delicious salad. A bit of sweetness in the savoriness always helps enhance the flavor and it adds nice surprise bites here and there.
Apples go well with salads with their crunchy texture. I definitely recommend leaving the skin on as it adds extra flavor and texture, and it also makes the prep work easier. The walnuts are so great not only because of its taste but also they are packed with antioxidants and healthy fats.
